Remember,
Average is our greatest enemy!
If you're looking for dopey, frigid social workers,go away, you're in the wrong place! This is the place where people are set ablaze with flaming enthusiasm and a zest for life! Check out how we learn and grow with our students!

On 11th of March 2009, together with our partners Northeast CDC and Societe Generale (investment bank),
we managed to raise and give away S$229,100 to 1117 teens from poor families. This is enough to sustain them for their lunches throughout the year starting from March 2009 to the end of this year.
The criteria we set meant that the family income per person cannot be more than S$450 gross. That makes out to be S$15 per day, and after CPF deductions of 20%, it means that each person in the family has no more than S$12 per day. Do you realise how little that is?
This is really very meaningful to us at the charity because we want to help these kids with their hunger.
While our social workers work hard in teaching these students how to fish (doing better in their studies), I'm so glad we can give these needed fish for the moment.
To our volunteers from Youth for Causes who have raised funds for this project last year, and the various other volunteers who have stood behind us, thank you.
